Benefits of VCOA Roadside Relief Refund

Breakdowns and roadside rescues are never fun, but the VCOA's Roadside Relief Refund can make things a little easier. Unlike traditional Roadside Assistance plans that force you to use their network "solution," the VCOA's Roadside Relief Refund allows you to solve your problems by any available means - call your favorite towing company, rent a pickup truck, or phone a friend - whatever it takes to get the job done to your satisfaction.

Once the stress is behind you and the problem is solved, submit your receipts for a refund of eligible expenses incurred while solving the problem. You will be reimbursed for your out-of-pocket expenses, up to $100, for your towing solution. There are no hoops, rings, or per-authorization. Just submit your claim online within seven days of incurring the expense, and you get paid – up to $100 depending on the plan. It’s the easiest way to turn your frown upside down!

NEED TO FILE A CLAIM?

If you are currently a VCOA member with Roadside Relief coverage, please call the towing provider of your choice. Once your problem is resolved, collect a receipt from the towing provider and file a claim on the claims page. Provide a short narrative of the incident and a photo of the towing solution. We’ll take care of the rest.
