There are a few tips we can offer to make your tire reimbursement claim progress as smoothly as possible. Always complete the submission form below as soon as possible, but at least within seven days from the date of loss. There will be fewer surprises if we can communicate about your claim early in the process. Provide as much information as possible when completing the online form. A standard claim with no questionable information can be paid quickly.
The covered member will be reimbursed by check. Our program IS NOT designed to pay the dealership or service center that repairs your tire. You should pay for the repair work and expect reimbursement.
